Nate Kelly

Mr. Kelly specializes in representing businesses in the areas of Corporate Organization, Finance, Intellectual Property, Employment, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Contract Drafting and Negotiation, and Litigation. He focuses on helping clients understand their legal rights so they may make informed business decisions, including when to head to court and when to hire outside specialists (and how much to pay them). To this end, he often provides general counsel services and manages the USC Legal Network, with experienced attorneys in a number of fields. He is also an experience negotiator, and his many years of business representation also make him a useful adviser in any number of business decisions.

Born in Washington, DC, the son and grandson of licensed psychologists, he studied politics at the University of Maryland Honors College and attended the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law on a merit scholarship. He, as every attorney working with the Law Offices of Nate Kelly, approaches the law from a human and economic perspective, realizing that clients often consider business transactions, employment matters, and litigation based on personal relationships, economic issues, and other external factors that need to be considered in order to achieve the best possible results.
